I'm new to DIY Eyelash Extensions, what product(s) should I start with?
Our DIY Eyelash Extensions Kit contains everything you need to get started with at-home lash extensions, including enough lashes for 3-4 sets.
Then, simply top-up with kit with our Lash Refills. You can subscribe on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis and save dependent on your subscription frequency.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
While we do have a number of customers with sensitive skin, including our founder, unfortunately there is no guarantee that our products are going to suit everyone. We would therefore recommend performing a patch test of the Lash Glue & Finishing Coat before applying our lashes for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (for example, behind the ear). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours you should immediately and thoroughly wash the test area and we would not recommend using the product.
How long will each set of lashes last?
Each set will last up to 7 days of continuous wear.
Longevity will depend on lash placement, which should be around 1mm from the waterline and will get better with practice.
To help them last longer, we'd recommend:
- Avoid getting them wet for the first 12-24 hours
- Try to sleep on your back - this will help to avoid dislodging lashes by rubbing them against your pillow
- Apply our Clear Finishing Coat as a lash sealant
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, our themes are compatible with most apps on the Shopify app store.
